Aug. 26

Today was a whirlwind. Apart from that, my day was quite relaxed because I was listening to music to get through it. Mr.Rease handed us a bell ringer in the fourth block, which was a brief film on the board. Then he asked us to answer a question. Mr. Rease then began to discuss a few topics before passing out an essay titled "We are cool." We read the story twice and discussed it as a class the second time. Finally, we responded to eight questions.

8/25

I couldn't complain about today because it was a good/decent day. Today in school, I was completely immersed in my own little world, listening to music like I often do. My teacher did not offer us a bell ringer in fourth block since he merely wanted to hop stairs in the lesson for today. In class, we saw a video and read an article that went along with it. We also got a spacecat worksheet that we were to fill up using the article as a class and when it was time for us to go home we had a silent dismiss.

My Twelve Sentence Story

This what we did in class

Free day on Friday :)

Today we learned about  three rhetorical appeals( logos, pathos and ethos). Mr. Rease proposed to the class to option of having a free day on Friday. The ability to have a free day allows students to rest after a busy day. With this being Mr. Reases' final lesson of the day, both he and the students would be fatigued and just want to rest after a hard day. A break would allow Mr. Rease to kick back and relax for the remainder of the day rather than teaching. Also, observe how the pupil acts in class on free Friday.

What happened in 4th Block

Mr. Rease presented a talk about Native American culture today in fourth block at school. I learnt about origin stories, which are mythology, biblical allusions, and even creations of the world, humans, plants, and animals. I discovered that native American literature has themes such as harmony with the natural world, ancestors, animals, land, and even humans, and that everything is alive and serves a purpose. Also, in class, we read a story called Navajo Creation, which was about topics related to the Bible, such as angels and devils, and it was about Jack and the Beanstalk. Despite the fact that I learnt all of these fantastic stuff in fourth block today. I was quite exhausted and desperately wanted to sleep, but I couldn't since I had to pay attention in class even though I was dozing off a little bit

How my day was/ unpopular opinions

I was in a great attitude when I woke up for school today, but as soon as I walked into the school building, my entire mood changed to I'm so ready to go home because I didn't want to be bothered with anything.I was simply listening to music to zone out to my happy spot to get through the day. Today, in Mr. Rease's class, I learnt about controversial beliefs. Going on fifty is not old, in my perspective. The average American longevity is 78 years old, which validates my thesis.   From personal experience, I've seen a number of fifty-year-old folks do things that most kids would do, such as playing basketball, going to Six Flags and riding all the coasters, and so on.

My purpose

My purpose in life is to be a great big sister to my younger siblings.Teach them right from wrong in any given situation. Also my purpose in life is to be successful in all of the things I do such as school, my job and becoming a chemical engineer. These things are my purpose in life because I want to thrive myself to be a better me. Also it gives me a chance to make my life better.

Good Monday

How are you all doing, blog? I'm doing really well today, if you'll excuse me from saying so myself. I felt upbeat and ready for school when I got up today. I went to my first block (math) when I arrived at school and learnt some extremely fascinating things. The fire alarm went off as I was in my second block, which was Spanish in the cafeteria. I returned to the school and completed my work in second block after that incident. I attended a lesson during the third block, and it was as monotonous as ever. I was on the verge of falling asleep there since the teacher talked nonstop. the fourth block, which is devoted to American literature. I discovered a lot of new information in Mr. Rease's lesson. One of those topics was formal and informal language and how to utilize it while writing letters or speaking with specific types of individuals to determine whether to be serious or not. Additionally, in his class, we saw a film about the importance of effort and completed a litt
